Returns
• Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for items that are unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
• Return Process:
1. You can place your return request yourself by logging in via https://shopify.com/68980965544/account
2. Return shipping costs apply at a flat price of INR 50/-
Refunds
• Eligibility for Refunds: Refunds are processed once we receive and inspect the returned item. If the item meets our return conditions, a refund will be initiated.
• Refund Options:
o Refund to the original payment method.
o Store credit for future purchases.
• Processing Time: Refunds typically take 7-10 business days to reflect, depending on your payment provider.
Exchanges
• We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To get a different size or item, return your original purchase and place a new order
• Alternatively, you can also drop us a mail at houseofnish23@gmail.com mentioning your order ID, reason for exchange, current size and required size of item and we will take it up from there.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us on houseofnish23@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We’ll replace the item or issue a full refund, including return shipping costs.
Cancellation Policy
Orders once placed cannot be cancelled.
